We accept returns within 30 business days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Items that are damaged, used, or missing packaging may not be accepted for return.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization from us.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent) or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you are not satisfied with a digital purchase, please report the issue within 30 days of your order with your order details and a description of the issue. Verified refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
