Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days. An additional fee applies and will be shown at checkout. Express orders placed before 12pm EST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on destination. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
